A race programme from 1969. Falcon Cycles put on a weekend of racing on 30-31 August 1969. Featuring the Falcon Professional Criterium over 41 miles on Saturday evening. The main event was the Falcon Grand Prix Trophy Professional Road Race, starting from the Falcon headquarters on Sunday morning, and covering 142 miles.
The programme includes a foreword from Ernie Clements, maps of the route, list of competitors and the prizes. First place in the Grand Prix earned £50 (£25 cash plus a frame), tenth place £1, and for finishing 15th the rider won a pair of mudguards!
